It's our standard practice to form trench drain bodies with 12GA stainless steel material at a minimum thickness. But why, you may wonder?
- It's 28.61% thicker than 14GA material & real cost to use is minimal.
- Easier to field weld together at job site.
- 14-16 GA tends to warp during field welding.
