Stainless is used for a wide variety of commercial & industrial applications.
Exclusively designed for the food and beverage industry, our stainless steel trench drains are the ideal choice for optimal functionality. With a built-in slope for rapid drainage, these drains meet the rigorous requirements for quality drains in your industrial processing rooms.
Several things determine the lead time for custom trench drains:
Production capacity: The current workload and available production slots affect lead times.
Order volume: Larger quantities may require more production time, while smaller orders might be completed more quickly.
Seasonal demand: During peak construction seasons, lead times may increase due to higher demand.
Design complexity: Intricate designs or those requiring special fabrication techniques may extend production time.
It's advisable to discuss specific project requirements and timelines directly with us to get an accurate estimate of lead time for custom orders.

The lead time for custom fabricated trench drains varies depending on the specific requirements of the project. Typically it's 4-8 weeks once the shop drawings have been approved and signed off on.
It's important to note that these are estimates, and actual lead times can vary. For precise timing on custom fabricated drains, it's best to contact us directly with your specific project requirements.
Choose one of our prefabricated drains: We offer several prefabricated trench drains, 6" wide with bar grates that may suit your needs, potentially reducing lead times compared to fully custom solutions.

All of the variations and material options are applicable to the commercial-industrial stainless steel floor drain units and/or systems.
The prime considerations which must be addressed when selecting a stainless floor drain are:
1. Sanitation - Will it create any hazardous unsanitary condition or violate a plumbing code?
2. Performance and Safety- Will it safely do the job you want it to do? This pertains to flow and loading characteristics.
3. Aesthetic Considerations- Will it compliment the area where it is to be installed?
Let's review two of the criteria for selection in more depth.
Sanitation:
Each stainless steel floor drain should be designed so that it conforms to existing plumbing code standards. The body must not have hidden crevices and pockets in which food particles and waste matter may lodge. A stainless floor drain so designed will not encourage the build-up of vermin and offensive odors. The inside of the stainless drain must be free from obstructions which may prevent self-scouring flow through the drain. The stainless steel drain body and top must be made of materials capable of withstanding the corrosiveness of the waste which will flow into it. In typical applications, the stainless drain material should last the life of the building.
Performance and Safety:
Every stainless steel floor drain must have a large enough outlet to carry away the anticipated volume of water that will flow into it. A large top is required to insure fast entrance of the surface water into the drain without causing water ponding in the area to be drained.
Let us be the solution for your project. With state of the art equipment we can also fabricate food processing equipment, we can do it all.
Our floor drains are USDA approved and considered as the industry standard across the United States.
