Membrane Clamping Drain
For waterproofing underlayments in concrete slabs. The membrane clamping ring creates a watertight seal around the drainage opening, with primary and secondary weep holes.

CD12SMC-FD12 x 12 x 6.25" deep with Membrane Clamping Ring & Weep Holes, 12 gauge, all type 304 (CF8) stainless steel square industrial floor drain with loose set anti-tilt extra-heavy-duty perimeter drainage cover, 1/2" top plate frame, perforated removable bucket basket with lift handle, pre-sloped bottom sump, and pre-pour concrete stabilizing anchor ring.
Where membrane clamp drains are used
A membrane clamping floor drain is used particularly in waterproofing deck applications. The clamping ring creates a watertight seal around the drainage opening to prevent water from leaking through to the underlying structure or concrete slabs above ground floor level.
